PCI+® V is characterized by:
- distributor vessel with separate free transportation pipelines based on aerosol technology
- multiple dosage of pulverized coal of fluidized coat for even distribution through all transportation pipelines
- minimal wear-out due to low speed of transportation
- High coefficient of the PCI+® V - plant usage (more than 99 %)
- high level of transportation specific capacity (more than 650 kg/cm²/h)
- adaptation to blast furnaces without problems due to:
- a small diameter of transportation pipeline (12 - 22 mm)
- erection of the plant PCI+® V at distance from the blast furnace
(length of the transportation pipeline up to 200 m)
- low nitrogen load of blast furnace
